Information on Application for Secondary One Places Allocation (September, 2025)
| 1. Application Period | From 12th July to 30th August 2025 |
| 2. Office Hours | Monday to Saturday ：9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. |
| 3. Eligibility | 1) Hong Kong resident who has the right to abode in Hong Kong. 2) Attained pass in Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics from Primary 5 to Primary 6. 3) Conduct: B or above. 4) Outstanding performance in extracurricular activities and service is preferred. |
| 4. Required Documents | 1. Application form for Secondary One Discretionary Places (distributed by EDB) 2. Photocopy of HKID 3. Photocopy of Primary 5 and 6 report cards 4. Photocopy of awards or certificates (if applicable) |
| 5. Written Test Date | Accepted applicants will take written tests in Chinese, English and Mathematics on the same day. |
| 6. Acceptance Notification | If the applicant arrives at the school before 1:00 pm, the admission result will be known within 30 minutes after the written test (about 2 hours), otherwise the result will be announced the next day. The admitted applicants will go through the admission registration procedures on the spot. Please bring HK$1,000 in cash. |
| 7. Other | 1. No need to attach Primary School recommendation letters. 2. Please submit the complete set of documents in one submission. 3. Once the application is made, all materials submitted will not be returned. |
| 8. Personal Data | The applications cannot be retrieved or cancelled. All application form and personal data will only be used for the application and all data will be destroyed after the screening process. |
